After applying online, you have to take a test which took about a hour. If you do well on this test you get to skip the phone interview and go straight to the virtual interview. The virtual is held on teams.

I had one interview with the sales manager. It was pretty much a "normal interview' but he did want me to sell him a pen. Lucky for me I used to sell pens.

The interview process felt rushed. I was invited to a first round interview via text communication. The first round interview was via phone. For a first round sales interview, the interviewer seemed disconnected.
