Entretien
Comcast HR emailed me and setup appointment to get interview by the phone. They called on time on the appoitmnet time that you have setup. First they will tell your hour pay rate. They ask question about why you want the job. They also made a scenario and answer how to solve the problem through just talking from the phone. They will emailed us back if they accepted us. If no email answer within 14 days, then you didn;t get the job.
The interview process consisted of practical knowledge and troubleshooting experience. You will be trained on the job, so they really want to see how you think and determine your character.

It was easy. There were three other hirers in the room with me taking turns asking queSTIONS. They allowed me time to ask them any questions I had as well and I did.

Entretien
During the initial process, I was interviewed over the phone and they asked simple scenario questions. Then, they told me I was going to get another interview but with supervisors. I was interviewed by three supervisors and they also asked scenario question plus behavioral question. The supes were pretty laid back and were awesome to work with.
