It was eclectic and off base. The interviewer was unprofessional, late for the interview and would not make eye contact. The questions really did not adress skills or experience. Overall, it was not a terrible experience.

I interviewed with multiple layers of the company. I had 2 HR interviews, one screening and one with multiple questions. Then I had an interview with the hiring Manager. Last interview was with the VP of staffing. This was a long process, over 4 weeks.

Entretien
Initial phone interview with recruiter. It was pretty straight forward. The call was about 30 minutes long. He was upfront about the process and the timeline. I thought the conversation went well, though I was not invited in for an in-person interview. The interviewer offered feedback though, which I appreciated.
