Entretien
It was multiple interviews and it was pretty simple questions on back ground of selling and giving customer experiences. It was one meeting and if you move on it was a second with the market manager.

Name a time where you were dealing with a difficult customer and were able to turn the situation into a positive one.
It was quick and easy. I was interviewed by two managers. One manager was observing and the other was asking me questions. They were very nice people. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.
It was quick and easy not much to say in a negative light I actually really enjoyed my experience. I never really enjoyed these types of questions until I interviewed with them.

My interview with comcast was very easy going and thorough. The interview felt very much like a back and forth conversation and less of a Q&A typical interview. I also found the interviewer to be very knowledgeable and the conversation was very informative.
