Was called for interview, and told by the caller that she was "impressed" with my resume, and was asked to schedule an interview. Inteview was scheduled, and I attended an orientation with about 30 other people, and waited about 1.5 hours after the orientation session to get interviewed. Interviewee seemed more concerned with my age than my experience, and asked questions which I felt were unrelated to job.

Entretien
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
