First interview is over the phone, just general questions. Second interview could be in front of at least 2 to 5 individuals at once. Helps to know a little about the company, but you need to sell yourself. How do you handle conflict? Explain a time where you had to handle an angry customer? How did you handle it? Are you a self-motivated person? What is success to you? Know the basics of how to sell a product or service. How do you adapt to change?
