Applied online through a referral from a friend. Was called back by HR (someone in Philly) about a week later. Was then contacted by hiring manager in Seattle a few days later. After speaking with them, did a phone interview with a regional leader. Had one more phone interview with hiring manager in Seattle. Invited in a for grueling, all day long interview where I met with 17 people, rotating between groups each hour from 8AM to 4PM, with a lunch break where I was asked more questions. Not too terribly difficult, just be prepared to answer a lot of questions.

2 Interviews, first with Research Director, second with Director of Sales, Research Director was straightforward about expectations and questions about experience being applied to current position. Director of Sales interview was pretty good with a few questions about what I wanted out of the position. After the interview I was offered the position at a certain salary, negotiated it and came to an agreement. But the Research Director changed after a few years and it was hell after that.
