Skype Interview. I talked directly to VP of customer service and strategy operations. The position is mainly analyzing data and using different metrics to uphold customer experience. I was surprised about the questions I got asked since the description for the position was vague and ambiguous. Didn't really get asked any behavioral type questions.

In order, there was a preliminary meeting, application process, recruiter interview, and supervisor interview. I’d say it wasn’t too stressful, the process was clear. It just took quite a bit of time, maybe 2-3 months.

I applied and was sent an assessment that took a little over an hour. This was actually good because if you can't do the assessment then you know you wouldn't be able to do the job. Since ive done this work before the assessment was painless. I then received a phone call 2 weeks later and was assessed by a recruiter she set up a second interview and I was hired 2 days later
