First contact is a email to set up a phone interview once completed a in person interview is set up before the interview you are given the Wonderlic test 12 min to complete (impossible) then you proceed to the interview. I would recommend this job for a fresh out of college student my opinion is based on the test. I have been out of school for sometime the test was a challenge for me. I have 10+ years customer service experience in a call center setting.... my interview lasted 30 min and another 10 min tour of facility.

I have over a deacde of experience im this field....this experience was terrible. Had an interview with the recruiter who told me I was advancing to the next step which was an assessment and interview with a supervisor. She explained the assessment, told me These were basic customer service questions about how you preform your job. That is nowhere close to what the assesment entails She also informed me that the job description posted is NOT accurate. The description lists a rotating schedule for the late shift. She advised me they no longer do that. The starting pay was not what was listed either. Starting pay is $15 an hour. My tested results were automatically sent to me via email and apparently I was marked as "rebellious" which is far from the truth. I'm glad I didn't meet expectations with their assessment. The lies, low pay and confusion are NOT worth it. BEWARE!!!!
