Got a call the day after I applied. Very thorough and great communication. Went to one of the grocery stores to show me exactly what I would be doing and where all of Columbia's products were.

The whole process felt like the company was making sure I had a pulse and 2 brain cells. Nothing real interesting to report. The folks interviewing seemed nice and like they would be good employers.
