First is a brief and easy phone screening.
For the in person interview you meet with pretty much everyone in senior management. You will be working for an advisor and have a 1 on 1 interview with him/her. After meeting with HR, COO, and advisor you will be meet all CSMs. They're fairly laid back, the COO is the toughest - make sure you have good questions for her.
After the interview, expect zero communication from them. If you didn't get the offer they won't even communicate that to you. It's best to keep applying to other firms throughout the interview process. Through doing that, I found a way better job as I was overqualified to be a csm anyway.
