I got call from recruiter and first round of interview was scheduled. The interviewer did not join the call waited for almost 40min call later HR joined and rescheduled the first round for next day and I have cleared my round 1. The second round scheduled and the interviewer also not on time and he asked me join the same link at evening. This guy asked multiple times you are from which state and I thought you are from some x state kind of question. I have cleared The second round also and moved to third round this guy does not have any idea about the project i asked multiple questions at the end of interview. But i did not get any proper response for my questions. I waited for the result but surprisingly i got mail after close to 2 months said the not moving for next process. Advice to mgmt: 1, please join the interview on time as scheduled. We also have multiple tasks at current role. 2, From the interview experience i got to know that they dont have proper roadmaps to their project.
