Very fast and short lead time around one. Second round assessment centre: 0.5-day. Pre-interview online access, which meant aptitude and personality tests before the assessment centre.Second round competency interview: business analysis role play and presentation,5 hours duration.

Online interview. Lasted 30 minutes. Contained some competency based questions about sales and a lot of questions about the healthcare industry. Feedback was that I didn’t have any experience in the medical sales industry - however this was clear on my CV and in conversations I had with them prior to interview. A complete waste of my time and my interviewer’s time.
