Interview process was very easy. The people that I have the pleasure of speaking with treated me with the upmost respect and you tell the culture there would be hard to beat.

Phone call first - basic questions. Followed by an in person interview - cabling technique questions, electrical knowledge assessment. I felt like the interviewer didnt really care what answers I gave. He just really was desperate to get someone, especially considering I had no experience as a data center tech.
