Entretien
It involved three stages with the second stage being very thorough and lasting over 1hr:30minutes. Focused on product management lifecycle awareness and practical experience in cross functional orchestration.
It was a good experience and final feedback was given in about a month from the first conversation.
I found the interviewers to be warm and engaging even if the questions were tasking and required a lot of thinking.

Entretien
After an initial screening process, I was put forward for a first round interview with the head of the product area. It was a good discussion focussed on getting to know me rather than being highly structured with lots of interview questions, He gave a good introduction to the company and how it worked, and what the role would likely entail.

1- Online interview with Hiring Manager. scheduled for 30 minutes but request to add 30 more minutes as get so excited to have such a qualified candidate.
2- Online Interview With Project Manager director
3-Face to Face with Hiring Manager and client rep in the company office.

Question 1
I got an interview for 30 minutes, but after explaining my background requested to have one round of interviews for 30 more minutes.
The position was for airport lounge project manager position and as I have airport experience I am completely familiar with the airport process and produce which they admit that I have a very good understanding of the position.
The second interview was the same.
Every time I asked that do we have another interview and said no that is the only one, but after following up again they request another round.
Finally, after the final interview and after many times follow up by email and phone a person in HR who have never ever been involved in an interview called and explained that you are the best on the paper but you could not present yourself!
Wondering how is possible that invited 4 times for an interview and they could make their decision.
It is completely understandable and lacks of professionalism even to send you an email and explain.
HR guy told me we really encourage you to apply for other positions and I said I prefer not to apply for such a company.
Be mindful not to waste your time with this company, they don't know what they need and how should find a qualified person.
