- I was contacted by a hiring agency to be placed at Collins Aerospace - There were 2 interviews that took place. One with the senior team manager and the senior supervisor of my immediate team. The secondary interview was with my onsite manager - An offer was extended and the complete process took about a month and a half from start to finish of interview process and offer extended with start date - All personnel who interviewed me made me feel excited for the new opportunity

Question 1
The only thing that was asked was if I held a Registered Communications Distribution Designer certification. It was stated that this certification was a nice to have but not a necessity and it would be able to be obtained at a later date.
