I was contacted for a phone interview and told afterwards that they would followup within a week. Never received any followup until over a month later when the same person who interviewed me on the phone said they had a second position (in the same role) open up and wanted to talk to me over the phone again. I agreed but was emailed 40 minutes before the interview time to cancel because they decided to put the position on hold. I thought the interviewer was professional and the questions asked were standard for the position. However, their communication with potential employees leaves much to be desired.

Three total interviews. One was over the phone and it was very positive - very simple questions and kind demeanor from the interviewer. The second interview was rather in depth. It was with three other people on their team and the questions were a lot more experience based, as to be expected. A third interview was offered to me, which I turned down due to accepting a job elsewhere.
