HR screen to start, then a meeting with two individuals currently in the role, and lastly a meeting with the director of the team.
Primarily looking to see prior background, culture fit, willingness to be on the phones for good part of your day.

What do you see as your role on a team? E.g. Are you the motivator? The leader? The person with the answers? The person always willing to help out?
3 interviews with 3 different managers. It was pretty simple! After the 3rd interview, I received the job offer. The response time in setting up the follow up interview was about a day or so.
