Easy interview process, started with introductions and welcomes and then got asked a series of competency based questions. They were clear about what they were looking for and answered all my questions clearly.

Had many interviews and then they just disappear after telling me that they loved me. I guess loved means don’t join them? Process was very sloppy and no job related questions. They don’t know what their vision is and how to hire candidates.
