Called for in person interview Technical questions were asked related to development of packaging. Questions about managing suppliers relations were asked as well. I was also asked how a particular product was developed what are key parameters that are taken into account

The interview was conducted as a Competency Based Interview where the panel of interviewers typically asks the candidate to describe situations which will ultimately result in a response that will highlight competency and skill set appropriate for success in the job applied for.
