Received call directly from hiring manager. Asked if I was willing to move to VA. Then asked to come in for interview the very next day to their Atlanta office. Basic STAR behavioral questions. Four questions total. Then spoke for 10-15 minutes back and forth about the job; very informal. Next met with the director. Started negative and got worse. Several inappropriate questions and comments. Wondered why I was invited if he had such strong issues with the resume in the first place. Seemed like director had a chip on his shoulder right from the beginning, no idea why. Best way to summarize it, felt like someone having a power trip episode, and I had to interview around it. So disappointing did not bother following up. Saw the job was reposted the next day. Overall very surprised because of the generally high reviews on Glassdoor. Must have gotten a bad apple. Will probably reapply once 3G takes over.
