3 interviews (HR, hiring manager, GM). Openess, pretty standard questions. The process took a little too long (aprox 2 months). Each of the interviewer presented the company, the role and themselves. They also exposed the career opportunities available, as well as the limitations of the current role. Seemed pretty honest to me.
