Applied Online after sending in an 'expression of interest', Got called 2-3 days later for an interview. Interviewed for 15mins, then got called the next day that I got the job. Following week, started training.

Coles is always awful, along with any big company like it. AI bs “interviews” that have 0 transparency on their actual purpose or relevancy. If you ever actually get into the store the interview is actually a tour, and the manager will tell you they don’t actually have any control over who gets hired so it’s pointless.

Very casual and quick, mainly consisted of them asking if I had any questions. Cam early but when I asked another worker the interviewer came quickly, walked me to a room in the back where I wrote down the hours I could do throughout the week,

I completed the job application and then a short assessment (video interview). Following this, I received an invitation to attend a 30 minute onsite interview. You will be taken on a job preview and will have the opportunity to ask any questions about the job.
