Very simple, asked for working hours, proof of citizenship/permanent residency, what department I'm interested in. They also asked me some simple behavioural questions such as what to do when a customer is upset or being angry.

Complete an online interview, asked behavioural questions, questions about yourself ect. Gives you situations and you have to say what you would do. The interview is digital and not with a real person.
Waited at front service counter for the interviewer, got taken to the back and went into a staff room to begin the interview (even though I was told it was a walk around store interview), then went to be introduced to the service manager
