The process is basic and ask you several questions about how you understand about Coleman research and why would you like to apply research analyst. The interviewer is very nice and friendly to invite you talk more about the understanding and yourself. But I am not good at phone interview, so probably deliver a nervous atmosphere to the manager. He told me if I was hired would join into his team, but after two weeks he sent me an email to tell me unfortunately I would be passed on the application. I thought it's maybe better for those people with strong business background to apply the position. Hope the advice would be useful, and wish you guys good luck!

A phone interview, then video interview, then assessment day which involved a group task, a case study and a one to one interview. Was very well guided through the process and helped with any preparation.
