J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Coldwell Banker (New York, NY) en févr. 2014
Entretien
You show up to a conference room. You think they have their intelligence together- they don't. You think they are going to give you valuable advice to help you survive- they don't. They tell you the commission split. Then they go for a one on one with each candidate and you go through a low class interview process. The cliche about looks, status, etc all apply here. Literally don't value brains just appearances. Not intentionally- they unintentionally think that's important. Upon further scrutinization of their record I found out they hadn't sold anything significant. Disaster management.
They were very friendly and easy going, they told me the story of Coldwell banker and the history behind the company, they also went into detail about the position and answered all my questions.
Straight forward. Great onboarding program and always a lot of resources to go to and use. You are basically the interviewer. Straight forward. Great onboarding program and always a lot of resources to go to and use. You are basically the interviewer.
Interview process was casual while informative and welcoming. I found the manager to be very uplifting and helpful while remaining very thorough. Company culture was also an important highlight of the interview.
