The interview process was disorganized, with frequent overlapping emails from both the recruiter and another contact. Communication felt inconsistent and confusing at times, and overall interactions with the recruiter, hiring manager, and director came across as cold, dismissive, and unengaged.

I did not receive adequate communication throughout this process, which directly contradicts the expectations that both the Director and Manager repeatedly emphasized regarding professionalism and timely communication. I was consistently told that I needed to respond immediately and maintain prompt communication; however, those same standards were not upheld by management. Emails often went unanswered, and I was not provided with updates in a timely manner.
Additionally, I was receiving emails from three different individuals at the same time, often with inconsistent or overlapping communication. This created unnecessary confusion and made it difficult to determine who was responsible for providing accurate information or direction. Clear, consistent communication from management was lacking, despite the expectations that were placed on me to meet those very standards.
