I went in for an interview and he asked the usual questions like tell him about myself and a few other questions but I felt like I kept being cut off/rushed. After the questions he basically told me that in first impression I was basically disqualified from the start because I looked too short to be able to do the job. He then made me scoop out ice cream, open the cold room, find the bubblegum flavour. He then told me to open the cold room from the inside, which I was able to and he said "I'm surprised" (keep in mind I am quite a small person). I basically proved to him that I was capable of all the physical labour that the job came with but I still did not get a call back, which I was pretty disappointed by.
