I had an absolutely incredible interview process. I wasn't actively interviewing, or considering other opportunities but after I accepted an exploratory call, I was hooked! The the was incredibly knowledgable, passionate, and inspiring! They moved me swiftly through the interview process, provided consistent updates, and really sold me on the company + mission throughout the entire process.

The scheduling process occurred very quickly after I applied and throughout the various stages. First there was a brief recruiter phone screen (who also was the hiring manager), we didn't talk too much in detail about my background as I think they made assumptions just via my resume and background. Then there was one round of interviews with 4 different recruiters for 30 minutes each. One of those was data-driven and the other three were very generic scenario/behavioral questions. The questions were so high level that I didn't feel like they got a sense of my specific area of focus/background in much detail. After going through a very quick interview process, and the team being super responsive to me throughout, all of a sudden all communication was lost. I emailed them 3 times after my interview with no reply. Worst candidate experience I have dealt with and I am just left to assume I didn't do well and have been ghosted.
