I had a great interview experience overall; everyone involved was very cordial and professional. I had a phone interview with the partner in charge, then an in-office interview with the same partner, a senior manager, and a member of HR. The partner even brought in another associate who was recently promoted from the position.
Interview questions were primarily focused on my past experience and education. No unexpected questions were asked. Interviewers did not ask for transcript or writing sample, but it did not hurt me when I supplied them by my own initiative.

The interview process consists of a screening and then a “superday” which consisted of 3 back to back interviews asking mainly behavioral questions. The interview was very relaxed and the harder questions consisted of “what are your study habits”.

I had three rounds of interviews and waited four to five days to get rejected. It was not the most pleasant experience. I was firt reached out by a recruiter, than spoke to a partner, a manager, a senior, and three other managers. At the end the same recruiter call to let me know that they would not move forward with me.

First submie the resume, and do the one-way video interview within 5 days. Then you get prepared and find a convenivent time to record the answer to the questions. Then inform the HR, then they will give you response.
