Very strange/disjointed interview process. I applied for a position, received a relatively unprofessional text message asking me if I would be interested in a different position. I said yes, and was emailed a link to apply to the same exact job I already applied for. I filled it out anyway, was contacted for an initial screening for the position. The conversation lasted 6.5 minutes and was told I would be moving on. I was then contacted by a different recruiter to set up my interview. My interviewer was late and then asked me to stay late, which I could not. 5 days after the interview I received an email asking me to fill out a candidate experience survey, before finding out whether or not I had made it to the next round. Upon asking if I should fill it out prior to finding out, I was bounced back to the original recruiter who pretended he didn't know what I was talking about when the survey was attached to the email.
