Process took about 3-4 weeks. Applied through LinkedIn, got a phone screen from a recruiter, passed phone screen and talked to another recruiter who set up a phone interview with someone at CohnReznick. Recruiter and person at CohnReznick said I'd be a good fit, but didn't end up getting the job.
