The recruiting team reached out via email letting me know they’d like to get to know me more. They sent me a Teams link and told me to schedule an interview. To my surprise the interview was conducted solely via chat. No face-to-face interaction.

Communication over email to inform of selection with a link to contact the person responsible for the interview over MS Teams for the second screening. However there was no second screening as the interviewer did not show up for the MS Teams meeting.
