One of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. I had a conversation with their recruiter. My next step was a take-home assessment, which took me several hours to complete. I then had an interview with a team member. Days after that interview I was sent an email from the general mailbox (not even the name of the rep who I was emailing during the process) stating that the team had filled the position BEFORE having the chance to review my completed assessment. What was the point? I felt completely disrespected and that Cohere Health couldn't care less about the people who apply there. All of my interactions left me with an overwhelming sense of a churn and burn culture. Also, the pay isn’t competitive and they don’t give equity.
