Three rounds of interview. Initial was a phone screen with details about my skills, expertise, why I chose this company and why that particular position.
Technical screen on phone was the difficult part where I was asked questions about where exactly I implemented SAP, how I did that for performance optimization.
How I could deploy and test the solution.
What are the difficulties I faced in previous client positions.
Final round was a face to face interactive session where I was asked about my previous projects. I was also given a business case and was asked to give brief on how to implement the solution.
