Entretien
Initial telephonic round in which all your technical skills were tested. Then there was a panel video discussion for over 2 hours and then an HR round. The questioning was in depth on all your technical skills and can be answered only if you had hands-on practical knowledge. The testing of the various concepts in both technical and management were asked.

R2a&b - Team Round ( can be split in to two, Technical and subject related)
R3 - Manager Round ( Mostly high level and behavioural)

R5 - HR- Manager (Salary discussion & start date)
Multiple round process with technical and functional round of interviews.
Involving 3 rounds of technical interviews with senior directors and AD.
HR round for offer discussion with very lengthy process of background checks and verification

Entretien
Seamless and very transparent. HR is very coordinated with timely communications. Transparency in salary and benefits is good. The process is also timely and don’t take a longer period. Overall a good interview process
