Then she started saying that she’s asking because there are 3 rounds of interviews with hiring managers to come, and then potentially an interview with a client. The last one struck me as odd, you’re getting your clients to meet with someone who isn’t even a part of your company yet? Pretty strange in consultancy companies, seemed a bit of a red flag to me. Ended the interview short when we discussed salary. She said for someone with 4+ years experience the max range is 50k, which is way below the market salary. No bonus or extra compensation available. This is despite saying salary is “competitive” in their application page.
