Interview was not that hard. Just basic questions from admin apex integration etc. Try to concentrate more on triggers. And also the use cases. Good interaction with the interviewer. Lwc is not that mandatory but would be good to learn basics
Asked me 3- 4 questions related to last project about apex , rest vs soap and promise keyword in javascript and data binding in aura as well as about integration
It was a very good experience, first round will be codeing with apt round and second will be your model completion round and third will be HR and Tech round

First round is aptitude round, later communication round , later they kept the hackathon, then technical round and last Hr based this the part they asked me in the cognizant selction process
