Entretien
It was a campus recruitment. The initial screening process was to review our resumes and submit a two minute video talking about our credentials and the interest in company. Was shortlisted and then we had two rounds of interview. First was a business interview and the second HR interview, occurring on the same day.
Business Interview was straight forward and majority of the first half of the interview were questions around the resume. The second part was a case study which was around technology upgrade - cloud solution for a SMB.
The HR interview was not long and primarily explained the opportunities that would be open for me and the standard package being offered for my designation.

No difficult question but was always questioned about the alternatives and solutions offered during the case study.

Applied through a recruiter - First round was an all-day assessment based on interaction with other, presentation. However the cancelled as they were reviewing the headcount, not serious company at all

Unstructured and unqualified HR asking questions left and right. Young, unprofessional, unskiled,low education level, very dark atmospgere this sums up in brief Cognizant Consuling. Their ressources are unskilled and they cant deliver work that satisifes customers. Its a no-repeat situation.

About waterfall methodology and requirements elicitation and gathering and the interviewer doesnt know what shes asking about
