I was first contacted by HR for a discussion, after there was schedules a technical interview with them that was a very pleasant experience. They were quite thorough and asked me about everything from basic knowledge to a bit more in depth questions about different types of situations as well as a practical exam. After that I was invited a second time to attend a meeting with someone from upper management for the salary offer

As I described above they asked me a series of questions ranging from basic to more complex, eg. How do you file a bug? How do you write a test case? How do you write a test plan? How would you setup an automation framework? What tools and technologies would you use? Why would you use those and not x, y, z? And things specific around my answers or going more in depth on something I said.

Well the interview was purely technical, the idea of professional world is if the candidate is expected to be on camera the same due diligence must be done by interviewer as well, Overall the worst experience of interview as expected from company with series of bad reviews.
