Application was immediately followed by a technical interview. The technical interview was *awkward*. First I was asked to have my camera on, without reciprocation from the interviewer, then I was asked to produce ID. All very suspicious. I insisted on the interviewer showing their face (as a female, I feel this is important!) and I only agreed to show my ID if I could cover up certain parts. This was allowed and we proceded.
The first section was basically a round of trivia, there were a list of questions that were asked and each of my answers were recorded by the interviewer typing them out (very tedious). The second section was a coding section, I was asked to create a specific React component, but was given no IDE or set-up to do so (no codePen, no HackerRank, nothing...) I ended up opening a VS code and coding from there. I was then asked to "run" my code, which is impossible without setting up a full React app. The interviewer had no idea what was going on or no real directions. After a few awkward pauses, I offered to open up an existing project and produce and render the component there.
To wrap up, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, but the answers were either "I don't know" or "yes, it's great"

only one round of technical interview for senior position, and hr execution was not proper, they didn;t connect when needed and no proper negotiation of salary either since shortlisting for interview
The interview was primarily technical, concentrating on C#, .NET, SQL, and API concepts. Questions tested understanding of core principles and practical application. The process was straightforward, professional, and focused on technical depth.
I applied online and got a calll back, had 4 rounds in total. first was a behavioral phone call just casual talks about your skills and when can you start working and general questions, then two coding rounds in hackerrank - was asked to code in java although the job was for python and finally HR.
