Got a call from CTS HR and he asked for my updated resume, he said your interview will be scheduled soon. Waited for a week and got a unexpected call from a CTS recruiter and he started asking questions, Interview was ok. HR called d next day, said we will schedule a 2nd interview. same was postponed 3rice and finally happened one fine day .went good. Got update from HR that i might have 1 more round.
Format: Platform-based (e.g., HackerRank or LeetCode).
Details: 2-3 basic coding questions focusing on fundamental data structures (arrays, strings) and algorithms, along with a few multiple-choice questions on OOPs concepts, SQL, and basic networking.
Duration: 60 to 90 minutes.

3. Managerial / Behavioral Interview (Round 2)
Format: Video call with a Project Manager or Engineering Lead.
Details: Discussion focused on soft skills, situational judgment, and cultural fit. Common questions include:
"Tell me about a time you faced a challenge in a team project and how you resolved it."
"Why do you want to join this company?"
"How do you handle tight deadlines?"

4. HR Discussion
Format: Short phone call.
Details: Discussion regarding company policies, location preferences, document verification, and basic salary expectations.
Duration: 15 minutes.
good not got the offer interview was very hard as the interviewr was a new and he has taken about 2 hour of interview in which hw askd many questions even after solving many i didnt goyt the offer
