Applied online in cognizant portal. Interview scheduled for the same weekend. Process took whole day. Due to huge applicants, there was a written test. Followed by 2 technical rounds and HR round.

Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
