The CTS interview process consists of three structured rounds. Round 1 evaluates communication skills and aptitude through verbal and logical assessments. Round 2 focuses on programming proficiency in Java, Python, or C#. Round 3 is a virtual HR interview assessing attitude, culture fit, and career goals.
