J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cogniter Technologies (Chandigarh)
Entretien
There are total 2-3 interview rounds which includes basic info round, technical interview and final interview by HR or senior management.
In basic info round they may call and ask about your interest in job and other basic info.
In technical interview, Interviewers have sound knowledge of the interviewed technologies and the questions would not be so tricky. If you are going for the development then, most of the questions they will ask about session, cookies, form and data controls, and basic database questions. Interviewer panel may consist of 2-3 interviewers and whatever they are going to ask, you may see situations around those questions in your projects. My interview took almost 45 mins.
Final interview could be taken by senior management or HR people. In this interview they will ask about your strengths and weaknesses and your expectations.
You may not find office as per your high expectations like big office, nice decorations, etc. But people are nice to talk and helpful. During my interview days, I couldn't see the working environment even because everyone was working behind the wall.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There were no such difficult questions but i found answering a few questions difficult because of lack of knowledge at that time. It includes:

What do you know about version control system?
