The interview process was two months long. I interviewed with the recruiter and hiring manager virtually. Then, I did three in-person interviews at their Natick office followed by a final interview with the head of employee services. I provided work examples and completed an assignment for Cognex. The recruiter was very communicative, however the process was extremely long for a specialist position.
