Following a short HR interview, Cognex HR refused to get back to me after discussing salary expectations. A few weeks on another recuriter from Cognex approached me with the same opening. After discussing that my salary expectation is negotiable (as stated during the first interview) and agreeing to organize the interview, the recruiter disappeared and refused to communicate despite my attempts to get in touch. This is bad HR conduct that needs to be called out. I believe that every candidate deserves the courtesy to be properly informed of the interview process. Cognex HR joins the sad trend of meat-market attitude to IT talent sourcing on LinkedIn.
