At all points in the process it was made clear that the job requires travel 48 weeks out of the year and that the weeks start on Sunday evening and end on Friday evening.

The Interview process consisted of 2 tests and 3 interviews. It was an opportunity to share and understand the culture as well as deepen my knowledge of Cogent's client-focused approach. I was very pleased with all of my interactions with the team.

Entretien
The interview process starts with an HR screening via phone. Green light from there moves you to online assessments (2 total). Then two separate follow-up interviews, one with the hiring manager and the other with a senior VP. The company values promotion from within; however, the pay and expectations are mismatched for this role.
