Pathetic interview process. Didn't see anywhere else. They call themselves as a CMM Level-5 Company but believe my throughout the interview process they will never gonna realise you about this. Even small & mid-size companies are very well managing their interview process. But here it's a very chaotic situation. Chaos, chaos & chaos everywhere. Don't want to go there again to waste my time. It's also very normal that HR will gonna misplaced your C.V. If you wanna experience yourself this chaotic process then believe me it will not gonna make any sense if you go early like; in the morning becoz they will never gonna treat you before lunch time. I went there (i.e. in Noida, Sector-63 Office) @ 10:15 am for my interview but people came after me treat first & people like me who came around 9:30-10:30 am got ignored. Becoz where they asked us to Sit- there no one will gonna come. Ridiculous. Even I was taking Regular follow-up with the HR team about my interview to get it faster, but unfortunately it didn't worked for me. Interview started @ 4:00 pm. After clearing the first two interview rounds like 1st- Written Test-sometimes they will take at a later stage & sometimes in the beginning-lolz😊. Anyhow through in this round. 2nd telephonic- cleared. @ 4:30 pm Then real picture start. HR will take your screening & gonna ask about some general stuff. Although, I do have 3-Yrs of Experience in Retail banking but they said - My Profile is ir-relevant w.r.t Investment banking- what rubbish ? If it's ir-relevant then how my Profile got shortlisted by your Technical Panel ? Secondly, why you guys had wasted my whole day + money ? Even, I have provided the same Resume which I had sent you earlier. It's just a waste of time. I went there during weekdays - just because of the fact that less people will come there. But I was completely wrong. There were a lot of people came for different Profiles- like; Java,.Net, QA, BA & around 180-185 people came for their interviews.

2 technical round s , 1st round was based on thery questions and 2nd was coding and building framework for selenium and testin framework and maven . Then 3rd round is HR round
