Had an initial Google Meet interview with business ops and creative team members, it wasn’t taken further. If I had been successful, the next step was an in-person meeting. The colleagues were friendly, felt I built a good rapport in the short space of 25 minutes. What I really appreciated that despite a decline, they shared feedback within a few days which was useful and fair. All hiring managers should use this as an example of best practice rather than ghosting or providing vague/no feedback.
